Ayuk
Ntuiabane
After several years with trading companies in marketing
and sales, Ayuk entered the financial services industry
in 1996 and joined Moore Stephens in 1999. He was
promoted to director in 2005. Ayuk's varied background
and experience gives him a valuable perspective
for company and trust work and is responsible for
assisting our yachting, aviation and trading clients,
advising particularly on value added tax (“VAT”).
A regular attendee at industry shows and conferences
worldwide, Ayuk also contributes articles to leading
industry journals and publishes a monthly Yacht
VAT Note. He speaks French fluently

Clive
Dixon
Clive qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1981
after training with a Big 4 firm in Birmingham,
England. He became a fellow of the Institute of
Chartered Accountants in 1992. Clive spent seven
years in Bermuda initially in a chartered accounting
firm before joining Aon to head up their Bermuda
subsidiary. He moved to the Isle of Man in 1989
to establish the Isle of Man firm of Moore Stephens.
In 2000 Moore Stephens incorporated its trust
company, of which Clive is the managing director.
Clive is responsible for client servicing and
client relationship success, advising on international
business structures and marketing the services
offered by Moore Stephens in the Isle of Man.
He regularly travels to meet clients and their
professional advisers.

Anthony
Cashen
Anton entered the Isle of Man’s Finance Sector in
1984 and has specialised in fiduciary services.
Employed with Moore Stephens since 1994, he was
appointed a director of Moore Stephens Trust Company
in 2004. Anton is responsible for establishing and
monitoring relationships with clients, professional
advisors, banking and investment firms and assisting
with the selection of the most appropriate service
for the client. He attends meetings with clients
and their professional advisors both on the Island
and overseas. As client services director, he heads
a team who are responsible for the daily management
and administration of client activities.

Bransom
Bean
Born in Laconia, New Hampshire, Bransom always wanted
to go to sea. After graduating from Purdue University
in 1974 with a BS in Industrial Management, he was
commissioned as a regular officer in the United States
Navy. He moved to the Isle of Man and became marketing
director for an international fiduciary firm before
establishing his consulting business, Fine Focus,
and joining Moore Stephens as a consultant. Moore
Stephens Yachting keeps him busy, but Bransom is also
a PADI Scuba diver, pilot, columnist and public speaker.
Above all a sailor, he has crewed many times, including
Falmouth to Azores and trans-Atlantic (Ft Lauderdale-Bermuda-Azores-Gibraltar),
raced 33,000 miles around the World (west about, through
the Antarctic) in the 1996/1997 BT Global Challenge,
and managed the Isle of Man entry in 2000/01 BT Global
challenge.
